Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 hours of placing an order: You cannot cancel your order on your own. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@inswan.com and provide your order number and name.
- After 24 hours: The system will automatically process the shipment. If you still need to cancel, the refund will be issued after deducting the shipping fee.

Shipping Method
We use international couriers for some shipments, depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
Note: Due to customs and courier restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following countries: Turkey, Brazil, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, India.

We welcome bulk orders and are happy to assist you with your purchase. For orders over TWD 100,000 (USD 3,000), please contact us at sales@inswan.com for personalized service and support.
