Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. 
For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost. 
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. 
Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.
  • Deductions: The final refunded amount may be subject to handling and processing fees, which will be deducted from the total refund.
